A diabetes awareness workshop was conducted by Mr. Tomar, Founder of Diabexy. Dainik Bhaskar organized this workshop at Ashiana Utsav Society, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

The initiative aimed to address misconceptions about diabetes and to educate residents on the prevention of diabetes using modern dietary management methods.
Diabetes has become common, yet many people still lack clear and accurate information about its causes and long-term management. The primary objective of this session was to clear common myths and misunderstandings related to diabetes in simple and relatable language using engaging visual graphics.
This workshop was organised to increase awareness about the prevention and early diagnosis of diabetes and to educate people about dietary and lifestyle changes so that they can manage their blood sugar without any medication.
During the session, Mr. Tomar explained that diabetes is not just related to sugar intake but is a metabolic disorder influenced by multiple factors such as lifestyle, stress, and diet. He highlighted the role of insulin resistance, low-glucose-load diet, and inflammation. Mr. Tomar demonstrated how insulin works inside the body, how insulin resistance develops over time, and how diabetes gradually develops. These concepts were new and enlightening for many attendees.

Special emphasis was placed on the fact that diabetes can be effectively managed with the right approach. For management, he discussed the role of the low-glucose-load diet.
At the end of the session, a memento of gratitude was presented to Mr. Tomar by Mr. Mittal, President of Ashiana Utsav Society, thanking him for his valuable contribution towards community health awareness.
