I have taken Diabexy dosa mix because it is low in carbohydrates and has a low glycemic value. If you are a sugar patient or trying to lose weight, then it is the best option for you and it also makes it easy for us to make uttapam. Otherwise, you have to follow a very long process to make dosa batter like you have to soak rice and urad dal overnight and make a paste of it to make dosa batter. How to Make Paneer Uttapam: Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare dosa batter

Take 1 cup of Diabexy dosa mix in a bowl, add a cup of water, and mix them properly.

After mixing it, keep it for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, we will chop and mix our vegetables.

Prepare the vegetable topping

In a bowl, take 20g chopped onion and 20g chopped tomato.

Add remaining vegetables

Add 20g chopped green capsicum, some curry leaves, 50g paneer, and 5g green chilli.

Add salt and mix

Add salt as per your taste and mix all the ingredients properly.

Cook the uttapam

Take a non-stick pan and grease it with oil. After greasing, spread the dosa batter evenly.

Add topping and cook

Add the vegetable-paneer mixture on top of the batter. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
