Paneer paratha is very delicious but only if you know how to make it properly, today we will teach you how to make paneer paratha in a very easy way so that you don't have to visit any restaurant or Dhaba to enjoy it. This homemade paratha will be tastier than the Dhaba-style paratha.

Paneer Paratha Ingredients
- 100 gm PaneerÂ
- ½ tsp (teaspoon) Salt
- ÂĽ tsp turmeric powder (Haldi)
- ½ pepper powder (kali mirch powder)
- ½ tsp cumin powder (Jeera powder)
- 1 tsp ajwain (caraway seeds)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (Til)
- 1 tsp red chilli powderÂ
- A little bit of Chopped coriander
- 1 Cup Diabexy atta (120 gm)
I have taken Diabexy atta because it has low carbs high protein and other nutrients which keep us energetic. Punjabi Paneer Paratha Recipe
To make paneer paratha you must have all the ingredients mentioned above. Now read the guidelines carefully.
- Take a Cup of diabexy atta (120 gm) in a bowl.
- Now add ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp turmeric powder (Haldi) in it.
- Don’t forget to add 1 tsp ajwain (caraway seeds) and 1 tsp sesame seeds (Til).Â
- Now add a little bit of chopped coriander (Dhaniya) and mix them very gently.
Now we will make a dough of this mixture. To make dough, a cup of atta (120 gm) needs 3-4 cups of water.
When you are done making the dough, cover it with a clean cloth for 10-15 minutes.
Till then we will make our paneer mixture.
- Grate your paneer first.
- Now add 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, and ½ tsp pepper powder.
- And don’t forget to add ½ tsp Salt and ½ tsp cumin powder.
- Now mix them properly.Â
As our dough and paneer mixture is ready now, we will start making our best paneer paratha.
- Take a small part of dough like we used to do while making regular roti and roll it.
- Now add some paneer mixture to this roll.
- Now fold and close all the edges of the roll and roll out it again to make a perfect round shape paratha.Â
- In the next and final step, we will start cooking it on medium fame.
- After 30-40 seconds flip it when you start noticing bubbles on it.
- Now apply desi ghee as per your taste on both sides and your paratha will be ready.
