How to Make Paneer Roll: Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the batter

Take 100g of Diabexy Atta in a bowl and add lukewarm water. Mix properly until you have a thin batter.

Season the batter

Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of chilli flakes to the batter. Mix well.

Cook the wrap

Take a pan and spread 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Spread the batter evenly on a non-stick pan and cook for 30-40 seconds on high flame.

Apply 1 tsp of ghee and cook from both sides until golden brown.

Sauté the paneer

Sauté 150g of paneer in a pan, seasoning it with salt and black pepper.

Spread any chutney of your choice on the cooked wrap. Add salted paneer slices and vegetables of your choice (carrot, capsicum, cabbage).
