How to Make Kadhi Pakora: Step-by-Step Guide
Prepare Curd Mixture
Take 100g of curd in a bowl.
Beat the curd with water. Add NutroActive Mineral salt, 1 tsp Haldi powder, and chili powder.
Next, add 10g of besan to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients well until smooth.
Prepare Kadhi
Take a kadai and add ghee.
Add cumin seeds, 1 tsp whole coriander seeds, green chili, 10g chopped onion, and curry leaves.
Mix the ingredients well.
Add the curd mixture and crushed ginger & garlic.
Making Pakoras
Take a bowl and add 50g of Diabexy Dosa Mix.
Add 20g chopped onion, chopped coriander, and NutroActive Mineral salt.
Gradually add water to make a dough.
Fry Pakoras
Take a kadai and add desi ghee for deep frying.
Make small balls from the dough and deep fry until golden brown.
Add the fried pakoras to the kadhi.
Prepare Tadka for Kadhi
Take a tadka pan. Add cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds, 2-3 dry red chilies, and 1 tsp chili powder in hot ghee.
Pour the tadka over the kadhi and pakoras.
Your kadhi pakora is ready to serve!
