- 200g Homemade paneer

- 30g Coconut flour
- Xanthan gum powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 40g Diabexy sugar
- ¾ Green cardamom
- 1 tbsp Rose water
- Desi ghee

Prepare Mixture:
- Take 200g of homemade paneer.
- Add 20g of NutroActive almond flour.
- Then, add 30g of coconut flour.
- Next, add xanthan gum powder and ½ tsp baking powder.
Make the Dough:
- Mix all the ingredients properly to form a dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for some time.
Form the Balls:
- Make round small balls from the dough.
Make Sugar Syrup:
- Take water in a Kadai.
- Add 40g of Diabexy sugar and mix properly with water.
- Add ¾ green cardamom and 1 tbsp rose water.
Fry the Gulab Jamun:
- Heat desi ghee in a pan.
- Fry the Gulab Jamun balls until they become golden brown.
Soak in Sugar Syrup:
- Put the fried Gulab Jamun balls in the sugar syrup.
- Leave them to soak for 30 minutes.
