  • Diabexy Atta1 cup
  • Desi Ghee2 tbsp
  • Cow Milk¼ cup
  • Baking Powder¼ tbsp

  • Saffron (Kesar)¼ tbsp

How to Make Sugar-Free Gulab Jamun for Diabetics

Mix dry ingredients

Take 1 cup of Diabexy flour in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of ghee and 1/4 tablespoon of baking powder to it and mix it well.

Make the dough

Add 1/4 cup of milk to it and make a soft dough. Cover this dough and let it rest for a while.

Shape the balls

Take small sections of this dough and roll them into smooth ball shapes. Place these balls aside.

Prepare sugar syrup

Heat 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add 1 cup of Diabexy sugar-free sweetener and dissolve it thoroughly in the water.

Add flavorings

Add 1 tablespoon of rose water, 1/4 tablespoon of saffron, and 2 cardamom pods to the syrup. Mix well.

Syrup is ready

Our sugar syrup is now ready. Transfer it to a bowl and keep warm.

Deep fry the balls

Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the balls on low to medium flame until golden brown.

Soak in syrup

After deep frying, remove the gulab jamuns from the frying pan and transfer them to the warm syrup. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
