Gobi Sabzi with Roti | Diabetic-Friendly Cauliflower Curry & Flatbread

Gobi sabzi is a flavorful Indian dish made with cauliflower, which is usually cooked with spices and tomatoes. Roti is a type of bread made from flour. We made Gobi sabzi and roti using low glycemic load ingredients like Diabexy Atta and NutroActive mineral salt because regular flour can contribute to type 2 diabetes, unnecessary weight gain, and even heart problems.

The Gobi sabzi and roti combo tastes delicious. Both are enjoyed together in many parts of India. This combination is popular because roti, combined with the spicy and savory Gobi sabzi, makes for a very tasty meal. This combo originates from India, especially from North India.
