How to Make Chocolate at Home with Cocoa Powder
It is very easy to make sugar-free chocolate just follow the step-by-step method:
Take 1 cup peanuts and roast them until golden brown.
Spread the roasted peanuts in a tray and start removing the covering (shuck) of peanuts.
Take a large bowl and add a small bowl of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Add 30g of Diabexy sugar to the cocoa powder.
Add 4-5 tbsp coconut oil and ½ tsp vanilla extract (or any other flavor you like).
Through the double boiling method, melt this mixture and mix them properly to make a thick paste. In a double boiling method, take boiled water in a steel bowl and put this mixture above it.
Take a tin box and cover it with parchment paper (baking paper). If you don't have baking paper, you can also use aluminum foil. It is available at every supermarket and can be found near Kirana stores.
Take the chocolate mixture and pour it into the tin box.
Put your roasted peanuts on top and gently press them into the mixture.
Keep the mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Your homemade chocolate bar is ready!
