How to Make Cheese Paratha: Step-by-Step Guide
Take 50g of Diabexy Atta in a mixing bowl.
Add a pinch of NutroActive Mineral salt.
Add 1 tsp of olive oil, chopped pudina (mint) and coriander.
Knead the dough with lukewarm water to form a soft dough. Cover with a lid and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Take 20g of cheese, 10g of grated carrot and 1 chopped spring onion.
Add chilli flakes (optional) and Italian seasoning.
Mix all ingredients well together.
Roll out the dough into a round shape. Add the cheese mixture filling to the center. Seal the edges and roll out again properly.
