How to Make Appe Dish: Step-by-Step Guide
Chop 15g of coriander leaves, 30g of carrot, 30g of onion, and 1 green chili.
In a bowl, take 1 cup of Diabexy Dosa mix. Add ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, and ½ tsp salt.
Mix all the dry ingredients properly.
Add ¾ cup water to achieve a running consistency, and make the batter.
Add all the chopped veggies to the batter and mix properly.
Cover the batter and leave it for some time to rest.
Grease the appe mould with some oil.
